Pastoral care
THE PASTORAL CARERS
The Pastoral carers are at the forefront of the Church’s caring ministry. Each carer has a group of Church members under their care, allocated on a geographical basis. Members are offered individual friendship, support and any information about the Church that is needed.
The Pastoral carers act as a link to the minister, to inform him of anyone who is ill, or in hospital or who needs visiting.
The Pastoral Committee meets every three to six months to report special concerns. They also distribute annual tickets of membership.
The Pastoral Secretary is Anne Greenough.
The Cradle Roll Secretary maintains links with the families of any children recently baptised.
